Cultivate interdisciplinary international talents
- Equip students with bilingual or multilingual skills and develop their global mobility and leadership skills.
- Improve foreign students’ Chinese language skills and their understanding of Chinese culture.
- Consolidate resources from the Department of English Language and Literature and the Foreign Language Education Center to improve students’ English ability and cross-cultural understanding to build a foundation for international networking.
Training of Chinese language seed teachers
- Assist Chinese language centers around the world in training their Chinese language teaching talents.
- Cultivate Chinese language teachers with the value of humanities.
The Bachelor Program in Management of Service Industries
- Offer professional teaching and internship in companies at home and abroad to help students become management professionals in international service industries.
- Consolidate resources from the Media Production and Education Center and the Department of Medical Informatics to develop students to become management talents in the new era.
The international joint degree program
- Collaborate with Middlesex University of the UK and Andrews University in the US to offer 2+2 and 3+1 joint degree program, where students will obtain a dual degree upon graduation.
